LINEAR WEIGHING MACHINE ALPHA WITH 4 OR 5 WEIGHING LINES

To be able to adapt to the following situations:

• Increase the production work cycle,
• Feed a machine with multi-lane packing,
• Obtain a good work cycle with sticky and difficult products,
• Dispose of filling points which are not aligned or in a quincunx,
• Execute a simultaneous or successive dosage of several products

IT IS POSSIBLE TO INSTALL SEVERAL WEIGHING LINES ON THE SAME SUPPORT FRAME IN PARALLEL OR FACING EACH OTHER
 

The final configuration depends on the specific characteristics of each application. In addition, the number of the heads can be doubled to obtain the versions:

• ALPHA 4-8
• ALPHA 5 – 10.
• Etc…

In any case, these weighing machines comprise:

• A single ELECTRONIC SWITCH BOX for all lines
• A COMMON TOUCH SCREEN displaying the data of ALL WEIGHING LINES.
• De TRANSFER STATIONS ADAPTED to the relevant packing machine.

In most of the cases, an accessible crossing can also be installed.
